What is a Closed User Group?
The Closed User Groups was specifically designed for the Forensic fraternity. It allows only forensic users to see which other enquiries was done and based on predefined reason codes, why these enquiries were done. Then via a secure Datasearch platform requests to other interested investigators to contact you regarding the investigation can be made. The credentials and integrity of the users are maintained through the closed user group system.
